It is with great delight that we acknowledge and celebrate the success of three talented young students who have gained full time positions at national level tertiary dance programmes.
Ruby Ryburn (Year 12) and Joshua Douglas (Year 11) have both been accepted into The New Zealand School of Dance, one of the southern hemisphere’s leading dance conservatoires. The New Zealand School of Dance offers world class training in classical ballet and contemporary dance with full-time training that prepares dancers for a career in professional dance performance.
Meanwhile, Lukas Maher (Year 9) has gained a spot to train full time at the Australian Ballet School. The Australian Ballet School produces graduates of the highest calibre and capable of integrating effortlessly into the prestigious Australian Ballet and top professional dance companies in Australia and around the world.
